We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
KM Fashion and My Go To Boutique have different return and shipping policies.

These pieces are in stock and fulfilled by our team. KM Fashion items are also available to shop in person at our weekend events. Please see our Facebook page for event schedule.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Contact Us First
All returns are handled individually, so please contact us before sending anything back.
Restocking Fee
Please note: Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is economy at a flat $4.90 per order. Estimated shipping and handling is 5- 8 days. For returns not related to our error, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

My Go To Boutique- Return & Shipping Policy:
These items come from our drop shipping partner shipping is a flat $5.00 fee. Estimated arrival time is approximately 14 days.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with in 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue.
